Haystack Rock

I just got back from a road trip from Seattle to Vegas. One of the many highlights was Haystack Rock in Cannon Beach, Oregon. It's a gorgeous part of the country, but I'll be honest. The main reason I wanted to see it was because of The Goonies. If you need a nostalgic trip, here's a fun fan video.

Photographically, it was the perfect time to be there. It wasn't quite the golden hour, but it wasn't long before sunset—totally unplanned and completely serendipitous.
