Perilla Gim
100 Days of Macro
- Day 46
Gim (김). Roasted seaweed. A staple of Korean Banchan, at least for many of our home-cooked meals. This particular variety is roasted with perilla oil and sprinkled with fine salt. Gim is supposedly high in protein and vitamins.
