Ever since I met Jolene and heard about her Hatch Green Chile inspired menu, I've been waiting to try the goods. Well, I'm happy to report that they are indeed the goods. I sampled some of her Green Chile Chicken Stew and I was blown away. The heat hits you right away, but it mellows out as you eat more. I also tried her Pork Tacos and while they were pretty good, they were completely overshadowed by the stew. (I also tried her Sopapillas and they are a nice little sweet dessert to go with the heat).
Sloppi Jo's officially launches at 6pm on December 30, 2010. Be there or be not there.
